There is something special about being involved in the design of a piece of furniture for your home. Seeing the process of making from the selection of timber to the final coat of finish, followed by the years of enjoyment that piece brings, is very satisfying. 

 

Commissioning a piece of furniture from MJ Cabinetmakers is straightforward and begins with the sharing of ideas.

Once a design is agreed we ask for a deposit to allow us to source and select the timber.

We would then give an estimated time for the making and would keep in contact throughout the process.
